Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. In order to fulfill return, please email us a picture of the item you are wishing to return, along with the reason you are unhappy with the product. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must be returned in original packaging and must be without use.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Email us at () with a picture of the product and the reason you wish to return it.
2. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided
